Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

We know you're going to love your new map, but in case something comes up we offer free returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase (applies to online orders only - see below for maps purchased at a retail location).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (basically, we need to be able to resell the item).

To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchased the map at any of our awesome partner retail locations, please return the poster map to the location of purchase. Returns will be conducted according to each individual store's return policy.


GETTING YOUR REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The value of the refund will be for the cost of the poster only (including taxes), minus the original shipping cost.

If your refund is late or you believe it's missing, please do the following:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

If your refund is denied, then we will ship the map back to you once you pay the shipping cost.


REFUND VALUE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR WITH COUPON

Sale items will only be refunded the sale price, and not the regular price of the item. This is why we require the proof of purchase or receipt for returns.


EXCHANGES

We only replace poster maps if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


SHIPPING THE RETURNED ITEM

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your poster map. For exchanges, we will ship the new poster to you at our cost.

Please note, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning a poster map, it will be up to you to decide if you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
